What We Offer \n - \n Starting Pay: $25.95 per hour (based on experience)
\n - \n Skill Premium: +$0.50/hour for aluminum and robotic welding
\n - \n Shift Premium: +$1.00/hour for 2nd and 3rd shifts
\n - \n Wage Progression: Increases every 6 months until top pay, then annually

Shift Overview 3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
\n - Includes a paid lunch \n
\n - \n Always-available, completely voluntary overtime before or after your shift
\n
\n
Key Responsibilities Your Impact \n - Weld steel and/or aluminum parts per blueprints using MIG, TIG, FCAW, or SMAW processes
\n - Use fixtures to position components and control distortion
\n - Perform grinding, cleaning, and deburring as needed
\n - Complete required job paperwork and labor documentation
\n - Maintain a clean and safe work area
\n - Perform self-inspections and adhere to quality standards
\n - Support preventative maintenance and assist coworkers as needed
\n

Required Qualifications \n - Previous metal fabrication and/or welding experience
\n - Basic blueprint reading and mechanical skills
\n - Experience with at least one welding process and ability to obtain AWS D1.1 certification
\n - Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly (lifting devices available)
\n - Willingness to perform cleaning, grinding, and weld prep work
\n

Standout (Preferred) Qualifications \n - High school diploma, technical training, or equivalent education
\n - One (1) year or more of welding or metal fabrication experience
\n - Prior experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
\n
