Job Description: Define research objectives, needs, and scope with project teams. Develop research plans and tailor methods accordingly. Conduct primary strategic research to gather meaningful and actionable insights and data. Conduct evaluative and secondary research to get meaningful and actionable insights and data. Plan recruitment activities for user research. Provide research-based and heuristic-based design critiques and suggestions for new and existing prototypes and flows. Facilitate communication between stakeholders and cross-functional teams regarding research findings and recommendations. Explore user behaviors and motivations to create mental models and user segments. Manage the research participant panel and user community. Provide UX research-related training and advocate for a user-centric culture within the company. Develop materials and organize events to promote and evangelize a user-centric culture within the company. Help manage and maintain research repositories. Plan and implement user research strategies and methods for various research programs. Conduct research with both B2B and B2C customers across international markets, multiple product types, and multiple channels. Position allows for partial remote work. Must live within reasonable commuting distance. Reports to company office in Salt Lake City, UT. Job Requirements: Requires a Bachelors degree in Human Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, or related and 2 years of related experience, which must include some experience in each of the following skills: Conducting end-to-end generative, evaluative, and secondary research, including research design, user recruiting, execution, data analysis, and deriving customer insights and recommendations; Qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-method research approaches, and conducting user interviews, diary studies, surveys, focus groups, usability testing, card sorting, literature reviews, and competitive analysis; Managing research participants, including successfully scheduling research activities, encouraging participation, appropriately incentivizing participants, and maintaining communication throughout the project; Processing, analyzing, and synthesizing data using appropriate methods, transforming findings into meaningful insights, and effectively communicating them to stakeholders; Conducting research across various devices and channels, including desktop, mobile, apps, and websites for both remote and in-person research; Using research tools, including Qualtrics, Lookback, FullStory, Lyssna, User Interviews, Figma, and SurveyMonkey; and Assessing and understanding user needs, business needs, challenges and opportunities of independent distributors and sellers in the health supplement industry. #J-18808-Ljbffr USANA Health Sciences
