WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As our Dispatcher, you will ensure that our transport drivers and crew are scheduled and prioritized in an effort to best serve our customers. Every day you will manage the scheduling of drivers, prepare invoices for transportation costs, and interact with customers. You will also order tracking permits, process customer orders, and act as our backup rental coordinator. To thrive in this role, you must love detail and order, have a customer service mindset, and enjoy a fast-paced environment. 

WHAT YOU NEED :

• Excellent communication, customer relations, and data entry skills.
• Computer proficiency, including experience with Excel and Word – Experience with RentalMan is a plus!
• Technical knowledge of equipment and dispatching experience is preferred.
• Must be familiar with the Seattle area.
• Extensive knowledge of the rental industry.

Compensation: $32.98-49.47/hr (Depending on Experience)
