Rang Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Washington Court House, Ohio.

Job Title: RN – Staff Nurse

Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

 

Job Description:  

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans based on patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and document accurately.
• Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and responses to interventions.
• Coordinate with physicians, therapists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and families regarding health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).

 

Qualifications:

 

• EKG course/CPI
• BLS/CPR
• Active Ohio RN License
