\n\nTravel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work day shifts from 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM with on-call requirements
\n• Guaranteed 72 hours bi-weekly (96 bi-weekly not available)
\n• 13-week assignment with urgent start needed
\n• Maximum 2 days of requested time off allowed
\n• Required to have RTO blackout dates or required holidays
\n• Circulate in Open Heart and General surgical cases
\n• Responsible for room turnover, stocking supplies, and taking call
\n• Work with various surgical specialties including Ortho, Neuro, DaVinci Robot, General, Gyn, and Podiatry
\n• Patient ratio varies throughout the day
\n• 12-bed unit capacity
\n• 5-day orientation provided
\n• Blue scrubs provided on-site through Scrubex
\n• EMR system: Cerner
\n• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS
\n• Indiana RN licensure required
\n• Open Heart experience required
\n• Minimum 2 years of OR experience required
\n• No floating to other units required
\n• Block scheduling not available
\n• Must be greater than 50 miles from facility (local candidates not accepted)

The facility specializes in open heart surgery along with orthopedic, neurological, robotic-assisted, general, gynecological, and podiatry procedures. The organization maintains modern equipment including DaVinci robotic surgery systems and uses Cerner EMR technology to support quality patient care and efficient workflow management.
