As part of their growth strategy, the company is actively acquiring new firms and opening a new office. This presents an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader to step in as the Office Principal.
Role Overview:
As Office Principal, you will take on a key leadership role in the expansion of the new office. Your responsibilities will include growing the office, driving business development initiatives, and overseeing the successful delivery of transportation and traffic engineering projects across the region. You will also manage and mentor a team of talented engineers, ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the new office, driving growth and operational success.
- Oversee business development efforts, building relationships with clients, and securing new projects.
- Ensure the successful delivery of transportation and traffic projects across the region.
- Manage a team of engineers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure smooth project execution.
- Collaborate with other leadership teams across the company to support overall strategic growth.

Requirements:
- Must hold a Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Proven leadership experience, ideally in transportation/traffic engineering.
- Strong business development skills, with a track record of driving office growth and securing new clients.
- Excellent communication and management skills.
