Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end execution of R&D tax credit studies for multiple clients
• Conduct technical interviews to assess qualified activities and expenses
• Analyze data and calculate federal and state R&D tax credits
• Draft tailored deliverables including executive summaries and technical reports
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring timely and accurate completion
• Build strong client relationships through clear communication and consistent follow-through
• Support training and mentorship of junior team members as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related area of study
• 2+ years R&D project management experience
• 2+ years client service or consulting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
