Position Summary

We are looking for an energetic and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist to be the face of Meridian for future team members. In this high-impact role, you will own the full-cycle recruitment process, from kickoff to offer, for positions across field operations, sales, corporate, and more. You will collaborate with hiring managers to build smart, scalable hiring strategies, actively source talent, and craft a candidate experience that reflects our commitment to excellence.

What You'll Do

Full-Cycle Recruitment:

  • Own the entire recruitment process from initial kick-off to final offer for a range of roles.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate journey by keeping applicants engaged, informed, and excited about their future with Meridian.

Strategic Hiring:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop smart, scalable hiring strategies.
  • Leverage diverse and creative sourcing methods; including social media, job boards, Boolean searches, events, and referrals to attract the right talent.

Operational Excellence:

  • Manage job postings, track hiring activities, and maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Provide meaningful insights and reporting to continuously improve recruitment processes Contribute to employer branding initiatives across digital platforms to highlight Meridian’s unique culture.

Project Collaboration:

  • Travel 10-20% Nationwide
  • Participate in special projects to refine and enhance our recruitment practices, including job fair planning and new hire onboarding. 
Basic Qualifications

Experience

  • 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within high-growth or field-based environments.
  • Successfully source high-quality candidates using multiple channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, internal referrals, and niche job boards.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for both high-volume and specialized roles, resulting in reduced time-to-fill and improved candidate quality.
  • Utilize Boolean search techniques and advanced filters to identify passive candidates aligned with company culture and skill needs.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines for future hiring needs through proactive outreach and relationship-building.

  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, comfortable engaging with everyone from field technicians to executives.
  • Highly organized with a proven ability to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively.

Compensation & Benefits
  • $65,000 - $75,000 per year DOE
