Pay range to start: Hourly pay based on 40 hrs /week Commensurate with experience

Job Description:
Surgery scheduling in clinic for two physicians both in-person and over phone.
Personally working one-on-one with patients
Preparing surgery packets
Ordering pre-surgical testing for patients
Organizing medical/cardiac/dental clearances
High volume of phone calls and in person scheduling
Maintaining/communicating provider surgical schedules
Other projects/duties as directed
Requirements:
Medical-office administrative experience REQUIRED
Surgery or procedure scheduling experience preferred
Exceptional customer service, communication and critical thinking skills
Must believe in a patient-centered approach
Outstanding teamwork attitude
Excellent interpersonal qualities
Work at an efficient and fast pace and thrive in a high intensity environment
Must be able to multi-task when under pressure
Must be self-motivated to achieve success
Must be highly organized and have exquisite attention to detail
Must have clear/concise written and verbal communication skills
Medical office and surgery scheduling experience preferable
