Position Summary

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the full operation of the Brookfield FiiZ Drinks location. This role ensures excellence in guest experience, operational efficiency, and team performance. The Manager will lead hiring, training, and scheduling, manage store-level finances, and uphold FiiZ brand standards. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, and passionate about building a new concept in the community.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & People Management

• Recruit, onboard, train, and coach store staff.
• Foster a positive, fun, and customer-focused team culture.
• Provide ongoing feedback and manage performance.
• Create and maintain shift schedules to balance labor costs and business needs.

Operations & Guest Service

• Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and drive-thru management.
• Ensure consistent product quality, speed of service, and store cleanliness.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly.

Sales & Financial Management

• Monitor and achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets.
• Track KPIs including labor cost, product waste, and average ticket.
• Oversee inventory levels, vendor ordering, and cost controls.
• Support ownership with financial reporting and forecasting.

Compliance & Standards

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
• Maintain brand image and operational standards outlined by FiiZ corporate.
• Ensure team compliance with food safety and local health codes.

Community & Growth

• Act as the “face” of FiiZ Brookfield in the local community.
• Implement local marketing initiatives and community partnerships.
• Support future expansion by developing shift leaders and assistant managers for multi-store growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in restaurant, QSR, or retail management.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in POS systems, scheduling software, and basic financial reporting.
• Passion for beverages, hospitality, and customer service.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
