The Opportunity
We’re looking for a proven leader to join our team as the Staffing and Recruitment Operations Manager. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a division centered on skilled and semi-skilled staffing, and take ownership of driving traffic to fuel the on-demand workforce
- Oversee account management, job fulfillment, and candidate traffic strategies
- Manage a high-performing recruitment team, delivering results across all channels
- Build and implement processes, reporting systems, and performance-based bonus structures
- Collaborate closely with ownership to shape and execute scalable, high-growth initiatives
- Drive the hiring pipeline: Own the entire recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding and optimizing placement for both internal and field roles
