Job Description

Job Description We are seeking a dynamic Senior Change Manager to join the Transformation Management Office and drive strategic initiatives for the organization. This role will focus on enhancing a newly implemented ERP system and supporting a highly customized CRM transformation project driven by the organization's finance team. You will collaborate with leaders, program and product managers, and subject matter experts to design and execute end-to-end change management plans that minimize disruption and maximize user adoption. Key responsibilities include addressing pain points in the CRM and presenting ideas visually to communicate effectively with executive leadership. Acting as the voice of the end user, you will champion their needs effectively to better support the overall organization's priorities.
