Job Title: ServiceNow Developer
Duration : Long term
Location : Woodlawn, MD (Onsite 5 days a week)
Note : Selected candidate must be willing to work on-site in Woodlawn, MD 5 days a week.
Key Required Skills:
Experience analysing the customer requirements and develop a solution architecture that addresses the technical, management, maximizes automation, and provides operational reporting aspects of the proposal.
Position Description:
- Provide development support for ServiceNow projects and enhancements.
- Develop process workflows and automation strategies.
- Collaborate with the team in architecture design development and reviews.
- Lead the development of solution artifacts, such as road maps, optimization of operations, architecture and/or block diagrams with a view outside of User Story requirements.
- Based on your experiences and interests, we may ask you as a technology professional to support growth-related activities, including prototypes, and oral presentations. Team members are also expected to uphold and maintain appropriate certifications for their practice expertise.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's and 3 years of experience, master's and 1 year of experience or 7+ in lieu of a degree
- 5+ years of experience as ServiceNow developer
- 3+ years of experience with technical discussions and reviews.
- Experience across numerous parts of the ServiceNow platform and experience with commonly integrated third-party technologies
- Excellent understanding of system architecture, design principles, and impacts
- Experience supporting IT related data integrity (CMDB, HAM, SAM etc.)
- Excellent technical leadership skills and initiative to take on additional responsibilities.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to deliver technical solutions simply and succinctly
- Experience with the US Federal Government
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
