Job Description

IDR is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join one of our top clients in Suwanee, GA . This role offers an exciting opportunity to design, develop, and implement custom applications, workflows, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform. This is an ONSITE position in Suwanee, GA!

Position Overview/Responsibilities for the ServiceNow Developer:

  • Design, develop, and implement custom applications, workflows, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Customize ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HR, GRC) using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS
  • Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and other tools
  • Optimize platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure best practices in coding and configuration

Required Skills for ServiceNow Developer:

  • 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, including scripting (JavaScript, Glide), UI policies, business rules, and workflows
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow module customization (ITSM, ITOM, HR, CSM, or GRC)
  • Strong knowledge of integration technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, MID Server)
  • Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, App Engine, or Automated Test Framework is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
