The Position
CallRail is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented SEO Specialist to support the development and execution of a comprehensive SEO strategy. In this role you will focus on optimizing CallRail's search engine visibility, driving organic traffic, and contributing to the growth of revenue. Organic traffic is a significant driver of our website's performance and this role will play a key part in maintaining and expanding that success.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, SEO and part of the broader Growth Marketing team, this role works cross-functionally with partners in Web, Content, Demand, and Product. Your responsibilities will include keyword research, auditing, on-page optimization, content creation inside of our CMS, and providing actionable insights to improve organic visibility. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a collaborative approach to achieving shared goals. As an SEO Specialist at CallRail, you'll directly contribute to our goal of driving measurable growth in leads and customers through our organic search channel. By working under the Senior Manager, SEO and closely with other team members, you'll help ensure that CallRail remains a leader in organic search performance while aligning SEO initiatives with broader company goals. Additional PerksThis position is based out of our Atlanta office and will require that you come into the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
