About the Role
The Company is in search of an accomplished SVP, Wealth Management Advisor to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for serving as a trusted advisor to High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) individuals and families, delivering comprehensive financial strategies that are tailored to their unique goals. This role requires the ability to build and sustain deep relationships with clients, and the ideal candidate will have a portable book of business with a significant amount of assets under management. Key responsibilities include leveraging the firm's investment platform to provide a wide range of financial solutions, partnering with internal specialists to create holistic client plans, and executing business development initiatives to attract new clients. Candidates for this position should have a proven track record in managing a book of HNW/UHNW clients, with deep expertise in investment management, wealth transfer, and estate and tax planning. The role demands a professional with a strong business development and client retention history, excellent communication, and relationship management skills, and a white-glove service mindset. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative, team-oriented individual who values both independence and partnership within a top-tier firm. A client-first, fiduciary approach that prioritizes long-term trust and transparency is essential, as is the ability to work with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, portfolio management, and ongoing relationship servicing.
