Numinar is a voter data platform that uses AI to synthesize a campaign's data, analytics, and outreach into a winning data-driven strategy. Our software has powered over 1,000 political campaigns to date and we are constantly obsessed with pushing the frontier of how data and technology can help win elections.

We're looking for a top-tier Senior Software Engineer with significant software experience to join our world-class engineering team to add velocity to our product development. This leadership role will work closely with the Head of Engineering to build new, bleeding-edge products while also ensuring the security, stability, and scalability of our codebase.

Responsibilities

• Full stack engineering on a React Typescript, FastAPI Python, Rust, and PostgreSQL stack
• Managing our cloud infrastructure in AWS
• Building production machine learning pipelines to generate statistical models
• Developing our iOS and Android mobile app with React Native
• Scaling our backend and database to support millions of voter contacts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
• Significant experience in software engineering
• Familiarity with our technical stack

• You have held management roles in mature engineering orgs
• You are an expert in cross-platform mobile development
• You can relocate to our HQ in Washington, D.C.
