We are seeking an experienced Senior QC Analytical Scientist to join our quality control team. The ideal candidate will lead analytical testing, method development, and validation activities to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance in our pharmaceutical/biotechnology operations.

💼 Role: Senior QC Analytical Scientist
What You'll Do:
🧪 Lead and perform GMP-compliant QC analytical testing for in-process, release, and stability samples
🔬 Collaborate with Development and ASAT teams to co-qualify, validate, and transfer new analytical methods
👩🔬 Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for key assays and train lab personnel
📄 Author and review technical documentation, including SOPs, protocols, and investigation reports
✅ Support GMP investigations (e.g., deviations, CAPAs) and ensure timely, compliant execution
📊 Maintain a strong focus on data integrity, accuracy, and regulatory compliance in all lab operations
What We're Looking For:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related scientific field
✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in a GMP-regulated Quality Control or analytical lab setting
✅ Hands-on expertise with two or more of the following: Multicolor Flow Cytometry, Cell-based ELISA Cell culture and enumeration
