Title: Senior Process Engineer
Location: Hybrid in New Canaan, CT - Up to 50% Travel a month
Salary: $100,000-$140,000 (DOE) with full benefits. Relo package!
About Us:
We were founded in 2014 and starting to expand. Our HQ is in Ireland and have manufacturing running in the United States. We are extracting protein ingredients from plants across the globe. Due to growth and demand for our services we are looking for a Senior Process Engineer to join the team.
What you will be doing:
You will design, optimize, and scale-u product extraction and purification processes using bioreactor technology.
Lead continuous Improvement initiatives across production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure consistent product quality.
Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to analyze and improve process performance.
You should know most of the following:
Lean Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement
