Key Responsibilities:
Calculate and analyze investment performance returns across diverse portfolios and asset classes.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency aligned with GIPS (Global Investment Performance Standards).
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain and validate performance databases using Excel
Collaborate closely with portfolio managers, compliance, and accounting teams on audits and reporting.
Investigate discrepancies and resolve data anomalies with precision.
Contribute to automating and improving performance reporting workflows.
Assist with ad hoc performance-related analysis and special projects.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in investment performance reporting, fund accounting, or similar analytical roles.
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts, etc.).
Experience with performance systems/databases; Indata experience is a plus.
Familiarity with GIPS standards is strongly preferred.
CPA, CFA, or progress toward designation is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and a collaborative mindset.
