A Senior Designer at Levi's creates innovative, commercially viable products that deliver value and style. This position on the Men's Knit Tops and Sweaters teams will sustain the development, evolution and communication of the Levi's look to deepen the brand value and identity.

• Collaborate with Men's Tops Director in developing seasonal concepts for Men's Knit Tops & Sweaters

• Collaborate with the Director & CAD designer to create and develop seasonal print and pattern stories

• Develop on-brand, trend-right product that creates equity and profitability for the Levi's brand and upholds our aesthetic standards.

• Sustain effective partnerships with Merchandising, Product Development and Sourcing to ensure products are engineered to profit and quality/aesthetic goals.

• Manage execution of PLM BOM data integrity: protos, commercial samples and production.

• Strategize and lead GTM timelines, process, and deliverables with Designer and Assistant Designer level team members.

• You will report to the Director, Men's Tops Design

• 8+ years of design experience with a focus on men's knit products (t-shirts, fleece, sweaters, etc.) and responsible for all facets of design and development

• Expertise in textiles and product development; working knowledge of garment construction, pattern-making, fabric construction, print and pattern, fabric finishing techniques and processes

• Proficient on all design platforms Adobe CC and PLM program; experience with CLO & Miro

• Desire to work in a matrixed and quickly-evolving organization that thrives on

• Lead teams to execute design direction and prioritize deliverables

• Built relationships and successfully influenced senior level leaders; exercises strong judgement

• Passion for the Levi's brand and pushing its bounds

This is a hybrid position based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.

The expected starting salary range for this role is $132,900-$177,200 per year . We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
