Job Description

I`m recruiting for a skilled and self-sufficient Senior Accountant with a strong general ledger background to support our growing accounting function. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on accounting work and collaborating with teams across the organization.

What You’ll Do:
• Perform core GL functions including accruals, AP/AR, prepaids, journal entries, and month-end close
• Maintain and reconcile the chart of accounts with attention to detail
• Prepare financial reports and assist with internal and external reporting needs
• Act as a point of contact for account-related questions from other departments
• Assist with audits, budgeting tasks, and financial data analysis
• Identify opportunities for improving accounting processes
• Work daily in Excel and accounting systems (Oracle experience is a bonus)

What We’re Looking For:
• 2–6 years of hands-on corporate GL accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP, debits/credits, and financial workflows
• Comfortable working independently and managing priorities 
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA is a bonus
