Job Description Job Description The Expertise you have At least 5 years of experience in a Scrum Master role Proven understanding of Agile and lean practices, processes, and artifacts Practical and related experiences in being a servant leader to multiple agile teams concurrently Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent, and at least 5 years of experience The Purpose of This Role As a Scrum Master, you will work directly in a team to advise and oversee performance against agile values, practices and processes. Working with the product owner, you will support the work of the team by maintaining the backlog and facilitating agile ceremonies like stand ups, planning and retrospectives. You will monitor team performance using data dashboards and partner with the team to identify continuous improvement opportunities to help the team work better and smarter.
