Configure and customize Salesforce features including objects, fields, layouts, and validation rules to meet evolving business needs. Design and deploy smart automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules to simplify operations. Build powerful reports and dashboards that turn data into decisions. Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring Salesforce releases and implementing new features that drive value. Empower users through training, documentation, and responsive support. Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. Participate in Agile standups and keep leadership informed on progress and priorities. Experience building reports and dashboards that drive business insight. Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and third‑party apps within Salesforce. Agile development experience and a proactive approach to problem‑solving. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
