About the Role

We are seeking a Research Assistant Intern to support our recruiting and business development efforts. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sourcing, market research, and client development while working alongside an experienced recruiting team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct online research to source potential candidates for open roles using LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, and other tools

• Build targeted talent pipelines across multiple industries

• Assist with market research to identify industry trends and competitive insights

• Support business development by researching potential client leads and identifying hiring opportunities

• Maintain and update candidate and client data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

• Collaborate with recruiters to prioritize high-demand roles and speed up the time-to-fill process

Qualifications

• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable using LinkedIn, job boards, and online research tools

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks

• Interest in recruiting, staffing, or human resources is a plus

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
