Now Hiring: Remote Commercial Concrete Estimator


We are actively seeking a Commercial Concrete Estimator with a minimum of 5 years of experience in high-rise megastructure projects . This is a hybrid role requiring approximately 30% in-person . The position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $150,000 .

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Project Management or a related field
  
  
• Minimum of 4 years of experience estimating structural concrete for new construction shell projects
  
  
• Must have a proven track record of ground-up commercial concrete estimating and bidding
  
  
• Experience with multifamily apartments or condominiums is highly preferred
  
  
• Please provide a detailed commercial concrete project list with your application
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Accurately estimate and manage high-value structural concrete projects, ensuring alignment with budgetary and timeline requirements
  
  
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes
