Move Up ABA is committed to delivering client-centered in-home and community-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy across Maryland. Our mission is to provide value-driven clinical services by employing a naturalistic model of ABA therapy that emphasizes play-based, child-led strategies.

When, Where, and What Youll Earn:

When:

• Sessions are typically 2-3 hours long and occur mostly between 3:00 and 8:00 pm on weekdays.

• Three hours of weekend availability preferred but not required

Where:

• Sessions take place in the childs home, community, or school

What Youll Earn:

• $28.00 - $33.00 per hour, depending on your experience and certifications

Day in the life as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT ) :

Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA ) , youll engage in

rewarding healthcare work, implementing behavior plans, collecting data, and supporting clients.

Skill development. Youll collaborate with caregivers as a team to address clients' needs and

maintain accurate documentation, all while demonstrating empathy and patience. This role

involves supporting clients through various activities, including potty training and managing mild

to moderate behaviors. It's a role where every day brings new challenges and smilesdefinitely

suitable for those who like to roll up their sleeves, play, educate, and change the future of a life one

session at a time.

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required

• Minimum 18 years of age

• Valid drivers license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation

• Patient, compassionate, and driven to help autistic children achieve their individualized goals

• Experience flexing your approach with children through connection and engagement

• Capable of working independently and thriving in a feedback-driven environment

• Ability to stand, sit, run, lift to 30 lbs, and perform CPR if necessary

• Able to commit to scheduled sessions and locations consistently for a minimum of six months post-placement.

• Completion or proof of completion of the 40-Hour RBT course
