Fantastic opportunity for a recruiter at a nonprofit healthcare facility in Manhattan Beach Brooklyn.
PAY for recruiter: BOE $25-$30per hour
Onsite in Manhattan Beach Brooklyn
Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
For this role we are looking for a temporary recruiter to work onsite in the recruitment department where the responsibilities include:
· Planning and executing recruitment.
· Handling retention strategies to attract, select and retain professional staff for Rehabilitation and Nursing Care.
· Assists in all employment/recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing and new hire processing.
· Additional ad hoc assignments when needed
Qualifications for the temporary recruiter candidate:
· BA/BS Degree, required.
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, preferred
· Minimum 2-3 years’ experience recruiting health care professionals in a Human
· Resources or relevant experience
PAY for recruiter: BOE $25-28 per hour
