What you will be doing as the Recruiter (Industrial/Manufacturing):

• Manage process of bringing contracted employees on full time to the company, including all onboarding.
• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions for industrial, labor, and production positions.
• Source candidates through various channels, such as online job boards, social media, professional networks, community engagement and industry events.
• Review resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for industrial positions.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs within the industrial sector.
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
• Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
• Responsible for full cycle recruiting

What you will need as the Recruiter (Industrial/Manufacturing):

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years recruiting in industrial, production or warehousing industry
• Experience utilizing ATS, Workday required
• Effective communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
• High-energy and passion
• Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
