The Mazzilli Team is expanding and looking for a licensed, motivated real estate agent who’s ready to plug into an established business with strong lead flow, proven systems, admin support, and a fast-moving culture. What We’re Looking For

✅ Active South Carolina Real Estate License (required)
✅ 6+ months experience preferred (does not have to be high production)
✅ Working knowledge of basic contracts, forms, and real estate timelines
✅ Comfortable handling showings, writing offers, answering client basics
✅ Hungry, coachable, team-minded, and willing to follow proven systems
✅ Strong communication skills + willingness to be consistent with outreach
✅ Reliable transportation, smartphone, and weekend availability

Your Role Includes

• Working company-generated buyer and seller leads (no cold-calling required unless you want to)
• Showing homes, writing offers, and guiding clients through escrow with support
• Attending team trainings, script practice, and mastermind sessions
• Keeping CRM and communication updated daily
• Following team standards for professionalism, response time, and client care
• Representing the brand with integrity, energy, and a growth mindset

What We Provide

Leads, leads, leads (online + referral + off-market investors depending on fit)
CRM + full backend systems (Monday.com, Sierra, templates, etc.)
Contract + compliance support
Listing marketing done for you (photos, staging guidance, ads, etc.)
Training on investing, negotiation, social media, and scaling income
Clear path to earn more per deal as production grows
Admin/VA support (you stay focused on clients & closings)
Competitive splits with high upside — NOT a starter-agent plan
