Job Summary:   

Responsible for m eet ing unaccompanied minors for inbound and outbound flight to provide escort and special services as direct ed by client.

Job Duties:   

• Provide escort and special services for unaccompanied minors as requested .  

• Provide general information and directions to passengers  

• Meet inbound and outbound flights as requested  

• Always be aware of the departure time of the Unaccompanied Minor.  

• Never, Never, Never leave an unaccompanied Minor unattended or out of sight.  

• Always release the unaccompanied Minor to gate agent or client representative.  

• Always make sure the unaccompanied Minor's documentation is in order.  

• Always check the ID of the person claiming to be the party listed on the Minor's paperwork.  

• Complete appropriate documentation .  

• Must be familiar with all FAA/Airline/Company regulations.  

• Comply with all safety requirements to include only using equipment that you have been trained on, immediately reporting unsafe conditions and workplace injuries, wearing proper PPE, and attending required safety training.  

• Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position.  

 

Qualifications:  

• High School diploma or GED.  

• Must be at least 18 years of age.  

• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.  

• Proficient in English .

• Must be able to frequently l ift , m ove up to 70 lbs; Constantly p ush , p ull up to 70 lbs; and constantly w alk , s tand, r each a bove s houlder, c limb , c rawl, s toop, s quat, k neel, & b end.  

 

Working conditions:  

• Must be able to work in rotating shifts and hours, nights, weekends and holidays, overtime.  

• Must be able and open to work in outside weather conditions which may include severe seasonal elements .
