Job Description

• Plan, direct, and coordinate construction projects in the light industrial sector.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful completion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables.
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
• Ensure all projects adhere to local regulations and industry standards.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Light Industrial should have:

• A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing construction projects in the light industrial sector.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with safety and quality standards in the construction industry.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
