Job Description

• Manage all aspects of project delivery, including budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
• Lead project teams and maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Oversee procurement, change orders, and cost control measures.
• Drive projects to completion on time and within budget.

The Successful Applicant

• 4-8 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
• Proven experience with Light Industrial projects (ground-up preferred).
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
