As a Project Manager , you will be partnering with Project Managers and Engineers on large-scale mission-related data center projects. Expand your skillset by learning from Senior Project Managers while gaining knowledge across multiple disciplines and project oversight. Have a voice by working outside the box with the way we approach projects at Vanderweil.

Some of your responsibilities include the following:

• Partner with Senior Project Managers, Engineers, Subcontractors, and field personnel
• Contract, Scope and Quality management
• Coordinate deliverables and design reviews
• Focused on all aspects of project work from planning through construction, including client meetings and presentations to ensuring continued understanding of the client’s needs.
• Writing proposals, estimating A/E fees, and presenting qualifications of teams.
• Manage schedule and budgets for multiple projects.

Essential Skills and Requirements:

• 5+ years of related background
• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in Project Management, Engineering, Technical field or equivalent experience
• Client facing communication skills
• Background in either mission critical data centers, life sciences, academic or commercial
• Knowledge of MEP/FP, Architectural or Structural systems/components. (will consider architects, structural, mechanical, electrical or civil engineers with experience managing large teams in a consultant environment)
• Prior experience in project managing projects in an E or A or A/E consulting firm.

The compensation that we expect to pay for this position is commensurate with years of experience, professional licensure and education may range from $90,000 to $130,000 annually, bonus eligible, plus benefits.
