Job Title: Project Manager – Senior Project Manager – Project Executive

We are representing a long-standing client, a nationally recognized Electrical Contractor specializing in the design and delivery of complex, mission-critical facilities. With a strong presence in the hyperscale data center space, they are expanding across several U.S. markets and looking to hire multiple Project Management professionals from Project Manager through Project Executive levels.

Position Overview:
These roles will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of large-scale electrical scopes on hyperscale data center projects . You will work closely with clients, field teams, vendors, and internal departments to ensure the successful delivery of complex, fast-paced builds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all phases of project execution from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage budgets, schedules, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
- Coordinate directly with owners, general contractors, and subcontractors
- Lead project teams including superintendents, field staff, and support personnel
- Ensure all work is performed safely, on time, and to spec
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and oversight across multiple teams and trades
- Interface with executive leadership on project performance and risk
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in electrical construction project management
- Experience on mission-critical, industrial, or hyperscale data center projects
- Proven success managing projects with electrical scopes of $10M to $100M+
- Deep knowledge of medium and low voltage systems
- Ability to manage client relationships and complex project demands
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- PMP or equivalent certification a plus (not required)
