Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain MDM repositories and ability to create basic data models.
Develop and implement Master Data Management strategies and solutions preferably using Profisee or other mastering tools.
Collaborates with source systems data stewards, system owners and technical personnel for data governance and resolves any data quality or technical issues related to data ingestion.
Implement data integration processes using Azure Data Factory to synchronize master data across systems.
Ability to document the design and develop data integrations, source-to-target mappings, architecture design considerations and trade-offs, etc.
Develop and maintain a centralized data catalog for the organization, documenting data sources, definitions preferably using Azure Purview or other Data catalog tools.
Implement data governance policies and standards within the data catalog to ensure data quality and compliance.
Understand the logic behind queries, with relation to the business needs, create and tune complex SQL queries.
Education, Skills, & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree from accredited four-year university in finance, mathematics, statistics, information systems, or other business field.
10+ years’ experience designing innovative data solutions for financial services organizations.
Experience with Profisee Master Data Management and Azure Purview for Data catalog is preferred.
Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and data governance principles.
Strong expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) technologies.
Strong Understanding of Metadata (Business, Technical and Operational).
Develop and maintain SQL Server databases and data warehouses to support business applications.
High proficiency with data integration and data quality management.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize assignments to meet critical and established deadlines.
Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to lead and work with remote and offshore teams.
Travel as required.
