Job Opening: Day and Night Shifts - Production Operator

Location: Caldwell, Idaho

Job Type: Contract to Hire

Pay Rate: $18/hour for day shift, $20-21/hr for night shift

Schedule: 12-hour day or night shift | Rotating 2-2-3 schedule | Start time: 5:30 AM or 5:30 PM

We are hiring Production Operators to join our team in a SQF-certified food manufacturing facility in Caldwell, Idaho. This role is essential to our operations, responsible for safely and efficiently running a full production line Operators receive comprehensive training and contribute directly to production performance and quality metrics.

• Operate and monitor the entire production line , including dough mixing, baking, and packaging.
• Maintain high quality control standards and ensure consistent product output.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to maintain efficiency.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols .
• Work within a rotating 2-2-3 schedule (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on).

• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Experience in food manufacturing or production environments .
• Ability to operate manufacturing equipment and follow SOPs.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Organizational skills and ability to work quickly and methodically.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
