Job Overview

We’re seeking an organized and proactive  Production & Sourcing Associate  to support our Director of Production. This entry-level role is essential to managing production workflows, vendor communications, inventory, and shipment tracking while collaborating across teams to ensure smooth product launches.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with production order management, including purchase orders, timelines, and delivery tracking
• Help monitor inventory levels and communicate restock needs to the Director of Production
• Track incoming shipments, log deliveries, and ensure product accuracy
• Support vendor communications, including collecting samples, pricing, and production timelines
• Research and assist in sourcing new product components and materials
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and creative teams to align production schedules with launch calendars
• Maintain organized records of production specifications, invoices, vendor data, and shipping documents
• Contribute to ad hoc projects to streamline processes as the company scales
• Troubleshoot and maintain the production system.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in production, sourcing, merchandising, or operations (internships welcome!)
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Self-starter with excellent follow-through and communication skills
• Comfortable using spreadsheets, data tracking, and digital tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset
• Passion for consumer goods, retail, product development, or design is a strong plus
• Will need excellent google sheet, excel sheet skills.
• Warehouse or manufacturing experience is an added plus

Location:

On-site in Houston (Sugarland, TX) —  This is not a remote role.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM CST
