What You'll Do: - Operate heavy equipment including excavators, backhoes, mini-excavators, and skid steers to perform digging, grading, and compacting of earth, gravel, sand, and stone.
- Dig and excavate in areas around utilities, traffic zones, tight spaces, and near buildings while maintaining strict safety and compliance.
- Ensure safe and efficient excavation for a variety of construction, plumbing, and sewer-related projects.
- Work in deep trenches, utilizing shoring equipment when required.
- Maintain and inspect equipment to ensure proper, safe operation.
- Review and interpret plans, blueprints, and measurements to perform tasks accurately.
What You Bring: - 5+ years of experience in excavation, plumbing, or construction preferred.
- Proficiency with heavy equipment including mini excavators, backhoes, and skid steers.
- Strong work ethic and a team-player attitude.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL preferred).
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Experience with trenchless technology or sewer repairs is a plus.
Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in plumbing or sewer repair.
- Familiarity with trenchless sewer repair technology.
- Ability to read and interpret plans, blueprints, and measurements.
