2nd Shift - Plastic Injection Mold Operators, Mentor, OH

Train on 1st shift at $16/hour, then move to 2nd shift with $2.50 shift differential = $18.50/hour

What You’ll Do

• Operate injection molding machines following detailed work instructions
• Monitor mix levels, prepare dies, inject and remove parts
• Inspect parts for defects and remove die lines
• Load parts into containers and label accurately
• Input production data using handheld scanner
• Maintain clean, organized work area and complete end-of-shift duties
• Follow all safety procedures and communicate effectively with team

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to use calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools
• Strong attendance and dependability
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Physical Requirements

• Stand for full 8-hour shift (plus overtime when needed)
• Lift up to 50 lbs. multiple times per shift
• Perform close visual inspections and handle small parts
• Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
