About the Role
We are seeking a Personal Executive Assistant to serve as the trusted right-hand to a founder/CEO leading multiple fast-growing ventures. Responsibilities
Manage calendars, scheduling, and commitments across multiple ventures.
Coordinate travel, logistics, and personal arrangements.
Handle communications, follow-ups, and project execution.
Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they arise.
Support both business priorities (projects, launches, partnerships) and personal life (family, household, personal logistics).
Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in all matters.

Qualifications
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar high-level support role.

Tech-savvy: proficiency with modern productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, project management software, etc.).
