Schicker CDJR of Washington is seeking a dependable Accounts Payable & Receivable Clerk to join our business office team on a part-time basis.
We’re looking for someone detail-oriented, organized, and eager to contribute to a busy dealership environment. Prior accounting or dealership experience is preferred , but strong bookkeeping or office skills will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Process and post invoices and payments accurately and on time
Reconcile statements, deposits, and payment records
Maintain organized accounting files and support reporting tasks
Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding billing or payment questions
Provide general support to the accounting department
Qualifications
Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or office administration required
Dealership accounting experience a plus
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently
