As a Sales Associate at WINNER Bakery and WINNER in the Park, you’ll be the friendly face that creates memorable experiences for our guests. You’ll help keep operations running smoothly, share your product knowledge, and play an essential role in achieving our sales goals.

• Greet every guest with warmth and a genuine smile.
• Provide product recommendations and answer questions about our menu.
• Handle orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring an excellent guest experience.
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care.

• Learn our menu inside and out — from seasonal dishes to daily specials.
• Share knowledge about ingredients, preparation, and sourcing with our guests.
• Upsell and cross-sell thoughtfully to enhance the guest experience.

• Operate our point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently and handle transactions accurately.
• Keep product displays stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and maintaining inventory levels.
  Collaborate with teammates to keep the café clean, inviting, and running seamlessly.

• Communicate openly with the team members to improve operations and guest satisfaction.
• Help train new team members and share best practices.
• Support events, promotions, and seasonal launches.

• Previous experience in sales or customer service — ideally in hospitality, food, or retail.
• A passion for great food, coffee, and pastries (knowledge is a plus, but we’ll train you!).
• Excellent communication and people skills — you enjoy connecting with people, from teammates to guests.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and able to lift up to 30 lbs.
