If you have 5+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a related discipline and are looking for your next career move, apply now. **Job Description** We are looking for an **Organizational Change Manager** to lead and support change initiatives that drive business transformation and enhance organizational effectiveness. This position will be **full-time** and **onsite** in Dover, DE. **What You'll Do** + Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans that support project goals and organizational objectives + Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify risks and readiness levels + Design and deliver change management activities including communication plans, training programs, and engagement strategies + Partner with project teams, business leaders, and HR to integrate change management into project planning and execution + Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and adjust strategies as needed + Provide coaching and support to leaders and managers to help them guide their teams through change + Foster a culture of agility, resilience, and continuous improvement across the organization **What You'll Need** Required: + 3+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a related discipline + Proven experience managing change in complex, cross-functional projects + Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter), and tools + Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills + Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization Preferred: + Experience in digital transformation or enterprise system implementations (e.g., ERP, CRM) + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Familiarity with project management practices and tools + Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is a plus **Physical Demands** + Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards + Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. + Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor **Reasonable accommodation statement** If you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to application.accommodations@cai.io or (888) 824 - 8111. $110,000 - $130,000 per year The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education.
