Overview Full Service Commercial printer seeking printing press operator for Heidelberg SM 74, Heidelberg SM 52 and Ryobi 3200. Offset printing press experience required. This is a full time position. Monday through Friday with possible overtime. Responsibilities Set up, operate, and maintain printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials according to production schedules and customer specifications. Read and interpret job tickets, proofs, and layout to determine ink settings and registration. Read color accurately and maintain consistency throughout runs. Mount printing plates, adjust ink and water balance, and ensure proper paper feed and registration. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of press components, rollers, and blankets. Maintain attention to detail, troubleshoot issues, and uphold consistent print quality throughout the product run. Qualifications Experience operating offset printing presses (Heidelberg SM 74, Heidelberg SM 52, and Ryobi 3200) or equivalent. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and maintain print quality. Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time.
