Small office solely focused on family law seeks an office coordinator with the following qualities:
Positive Energy, Positive outlook, Self Motivated, Detail Oriented, Ability to withstand emotional pressure in a fast paced environment, High EQ, Excellent telephone and contact manners, Ability to pivot quickly between tasks, and Desire to join a close knit family like work atmosphere.
This is front facing position and one which provides constant contact with clients, prospective clients, and vendors. Superb and clear communication skills is a must. The position is open due to the retirement of the prior office coordinator after working with attorney for fifteen (15) years.
Duties: Answering telephones; intake and vet prospective clients; filing; general office duties
