Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, managing chronic and acute illnesses, and promoting preventive health strategies. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and maintaining accurate medical records are key aspects of this role. Qualifications Expertise in Primary Care, including experience managing a variety of chronic and acute health conditions Knowledge and skills in Urgent Care to address immediate patient needs Background in Medicine and Family Medicine to deliver comprehensive and patient-centered care Experience working as Primary Care Physicians in a clinical or private practice setting Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build positive patient relationships Doctorate degree in Naturopathic Medicine with an active and valid state medical license Commitment to an integrative, patient-focused approach to healthcare
