Mortgage Loan Officer – Keep 100% Commission (Flat Fee Model)

Location: Palm Bay, FL (Remote available statewide)

What We Offer

• 100% Commission – Flat $950 per closed loan
• Optional in-house processing: $400 per file
• Tech/Admin Fee: $149 per month

Qualifications

• Must have an Active Florida NMLS license
• 2+ year mortgage origination experience preferred (motivated new LOs welcome)
