Job Title: Medical Receptionist Orthopedic PracticeLocation: Englewood, NJSchedule: Full-Time | Monday Friday | 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (TEMP TO PERM)

What Youll Do:

- Greet patients warmly and professionally

- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments accurately

- Answer multi-line phone systems and respond to inquiries promptly

- Verify insurance coverage and ensure accurate patient intake documentation

- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area

What Were Looking For:

- Experience: Minimum 1 year in a medical office (orthopedic or specialty experience preferred)

- Communication Skills: Clear, friendly, and confidentgreat with patients and colleagues alike

- Multitasking Ability: Detail-oriented and efficient, even in a fast-paced setting

- Technical Skills: Proficient with EMR systems and general office software

- Language Requirement: Fluency in Spanish is required

COMPENSATION:In accordance with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Act, we disclose that this position falls within Pay Grade 4 of the 2025 OPM Salary Table applicable to the NY, NJ, CT, and PA region. Compensation will be based on experience and education.
