We are passionate about results, collaboration, and continuous improvement—and we’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the engine that keeps our campaigns moving.

Role Overview

The Marketing Coordinator manages the day-to-day execution of digital marketing campaigns. This role is responsible for trafficking tasks, organizing creative assets, coordinating internal communication, and performing pre-launch quality checks to ensure everything is accurate and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Project Trafficking & Coordination

  • Manage the flow of marketing deliverables from request to execution across Paid Media, Creative, and Reporting teams.
  • Create and assign tasks/tickets for creative assets, copy, and campaign updates using project management tools.
  • Track timelines and proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.

Creative Management

  • Submit and organize creative asset requests and ensure accurate delivery across display, social, paid ads, and video channels.
  • Perform creative audits before campaigns launch to verify accuracy in branding, offers, and compliance. Coordinate feedback loops between internal creative team and client-facing stakeholders.

Launch Quality Control

  • Conduct pre-launch QCs to ensure campaigns are set up properly across platforms (Google, Meta, YouTube, etc.).
  • Cross-check creative, copy, URLs, and targeting to prevent errors before campaigns go live.
  • Maintain detailed checklists and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency.

    Communication Hub

  • Act as a point of contact between account managers, internal departments, and occasionally clients for project-related updates.
  • Provide timely updates on deliverables, campaign readiness, and status changes. Ensure smooth handoffs and documentation across cross-functional teams.

Process Support

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of SOPs for campaign setup, trafficking, and QCs.
  • Help identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements to streamline operations.
  • Assist with ad hoc marketing coordination tasks and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, project coordination, or campaign operations role (agency experience is a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using task/ticketing systems (Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels (Google Ads/Analytics/Merchant Center/Business, Meta Ads, Display, Email) is a plus.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience working in the automotive or digital marketing industries
  • Understanding of creative formats and specs across platforms
  • Familiarity with QA or QC checklists in marketing operations
  • Exposure to product or inventory feeds

Why Join DealerCMO?

  • Work with a collaborative and driven team passionate about performance and results
  • Opportunities for growth and career development
  • Remote flexibility and dynamic team culture
  • Make an impact by keeping campaigns running smoothly and efficiently
  • Health Insurance and Matching 401k.
  • Employee Stock Plan.
  • Generous PTO.
